Delinquent taxes are also paid in this office. Late taxes must be paid in full by cash, check, or money order, and the office handles tax deeds tied to those accounts.

Perry County Chancery Clerk Recording Fees

Recording and copy fees at the Chancery Clerk come from the county's official recording-fee sheet. The amounts below cover the most common requests. A deed-type recording carries a base fee for the first pages and a small charge for each page after that.
